If an agency or SaaS company that you want to partner with is not listed in Partnerhub, you can invite them to join Partnerhub. You can add new partners if you know their contact information. Otherwise, you also have the opportunity to request the Partnerhub team to find contact information for a SaaS company you would like to partner with.
When adding a partner, you can add them as prospective partner or as a trusted partner. This helps you keep track of who you already have an established partnership with versus those that you still need to create a partnership with.
Adding a new partner with their contact information
- Navigate to the Partners page using the side bar on the left side of the screen
- Go to the Agency Partners tab if you want to add an agency OR go to the Technology Partners tab if you want to add a SaaS company
- Click Add Partner
- When prompted with the question "Do you have an email for this partner contact?", click Yes
- Add the partner's company name, your contact's email, and select the relationship type.
- Click Add
Once you add the partner, the contact you added will receive an email letting them know you asked them to join Partnerhub. You can find all partners that you added under the Requests tab of the Partners page. There you can also see whether or not they joined under the status column.
If the partner joins Partnerhub, you will see their profile listed under the Agency Partners or Technology Partners tab, respectively. See the Projects article to learn how to add partners to the various projects in Partnerhub.

Once you add the prospective partner, a request will send to the Partnerhub team to look for the contact information of someone on the partnerships team of that company. Once the Partnerhub team finds contact information, a request to join Partnerhub is sent out to that contact. In some cases, Partnerhub will determine that the SaaS company is not a fit for Partnerhub and will deny the request.
