Project Overview
Projects are templated sets of steps that are used to track partners as they progress through various stages of a partnership journey. Each project is viewed as a kanban board where partners are moved from one stage to the next. The stages are a standardized set of steps that the Partnerhub recommends for each project. Each stage makes up a column of the given kanban board.
SaaS teams can deploy any or all of the following projects. Each is described in further detail in the next section.
- Co-marketing
- Co-selling
- Integrations
- Strategic Alliances
- Agency onboarding
Each project has its own unique stages in addition to the following three columns:
- Request sent: this is the first column of each project's kanban board; use this column to add current partners to the project. When a partner is added, an email is sent to the partner notifying their team that you have added them to the given project
- Not a fit: move a partner to this column if you learn that they are not a fit for the given project
