Agency Partnerships Project
Agencies can partner with other agencies in Parternhub by deploying the Agency Partnerships project. To do so, navigate to Projects Directory by clicking Partners in the navigation on the left side. Click New and select Agency Partnerships.
This will create the Agency Partnerships Project. Click on the project title in the left side navigation to view the project's Kanban board.
Unlike the New Partnerships Project, your team needs to actively add other agencies to the first column. To add an agency and send the request to partner, click Add Partner in the first column or the Request Sent (Backlog) column.
By doing so, the agency partner will receive a request to partner. An hourglass icon displays on the agency's profile until they respond to the request.
Once the other agency approves the partnership, their profile will move to the Schedule First Call column and a green thumbs up icon will replace the hourglass. You can move the partner to any column in the kanban board.
A notification is sent to the partner when they are moved to any column with an asterisk (*) at the end of the title.
Agency Partner Profiles
Agency partner profiles are accessible from the Agency Partnerships project or from the Agency tab of the Partners page.
Agency profiles display information about the agency and their services. You can also access documents and have discussions with the agency directly from their profile.
To invite agencies to join Partnerhub, navigate to the Partners page in the left navigation. Go to the Agencies tab and click Add Agency. Enter the agency's name and the email address of a partnerships contact at the agency. Click Add.
The agency will receive an invitation to join Partnerhub. You can track the invitation from the Requests tab of the Partners page.
