Your company profile is displayed to all agencies that share the same target vertical with you. Agencies review your company profile and decide if they want to move forward with a partnership or not.
Once an agency requests to partner, your team has the opportunity to review more information about the agency and then to approve or deny the request.
To review requests from agencies:
- Navigate to the Requests page from the left navigation
- Click on the profile of an agency that requested to partner to review key information about the agency
- Approve, deny, or request a call
Once you approve, the agency can begin tracking the partnership through various stages of a new partnership. Your team will receive notifications when an agency moves the partnership to any of the following stages:
- Scheduled lunch & learn
- Account mapping
- Product education phase
- Announcements posted / scheduled
- Reached trusted / expert / certified status
