Partnerhub Tech Onboarding

The core premise of Partnerhub is putting agencies in the driver's seat of the partnership so they are quickly progressing the partnership along their curated kanbans which alerts you to take action. This ensures partner activation and enablement increases.

How agencies use Partnerhub

Using Partnerhub, agencies can find new tech partners that meet their target vertical (i.e eCommerce) and request to partner. Once the partnership is approved, the agency progresses the partnerships across predefined steps of a kanban board. 

Your team receives notifications if an agency requests to partner and if they pass on the opportunity to partner with you. If an agency passes on a partnership, we will inform you of why they made that decision.

Agencies vet partnership opportunities by viewing tech profiles and live offers. 

Using Partnerhub

Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a quick overview of activity inside Partnerhub. Your team can gain quick insight into how many partners you have, how many potential partners are vetting your request to partner, and how many potential partners are in the Partnerhub ecosystem. Additionally, you can use the dashboard to find the most recent activity. 

Requests

View and respond to requests to partner from agencies. Your response is automatically sent back to the agency. 

Documents

Upload documents, share with partners and find saved partner documents. 

Partners

Find all active partnerships on the Partner page. Partners are listed in one of the buckets described below:

• Technology Partners: all tech companies that have approved your request for partnership (*coming soon)
• Agency Partners: all agencies that have approved your request for partnership 
• Requests: all partners your team has added to Partnerhub (*coming soon)

Live Offers

Promote limited time offers to attract more partners. The offers are additional partnership drivers on top of their standard partner incentives (ex. backlinks, free accounts). Live offers are a great way to share  co-marketing opportunities.

Send and receive messages to and from partners all in one place.
